At DE NEEF, a Saint-Gobain brand, we're looking for a technical leader who is passionate about solving complex infrastructure challenges and helping customers succeed in the field.
As the Technical Services Manager, Injection Solutions, you will serve as the primary technical authority for DE NEEF's injection grouting, leak sealing, waterproofing, ground stabilization, and specialty grouting technologies throughout North America. You will partner closely with contractors, engineers, distributors, owners, and our commercial teams to provide technical expertise, application support, project troubleshooting, specification assistance, and field implementation guidance.
This role plays a critical part in advancing DE NEEF's position in infrastructure, tunneling, mining, transportation, marine, energy, industrial, water and wastewater, and below-grade construction markets. You'll help customers solve complex site challenges, support strategic growth initiatives, lead field trials and product evaluations, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Success in this position requires a combination of technical expertise, field experience, customer engagement skills, and commercial awareness. In this role, you will:
- Serve as the technical authority for DE NEEF injection grouting, leak sealing, waterproofing, ground stabilization, and specialty grouting technologies throughout North America.
- Provide technical consultation and application support to sales teams, contractors, distributors, engineers, and project owners.
- Lead field testing, product evaluations, and new product introductions in partnership with Product Management and R&D.
- Troubleshoot challenging field conditions and develop practical solutions that help customers achieve successful project outcomes.
- Support contractor qualification programs, approved applicator initiatives, and national customer training programs.
- Develop technical resources, troubleshooting guides, application tools, and field support materials.
- Represent DE NEEF at customer meetings, technical seminars, and industry events across the U.S. and Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, Materials Science, Geology, Chemistry, or a related technical field; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in chemical injection grouting, waterproofing, concrete repair, geotechnical construction, ground improvement, tunneling, underground construction, mining, or specialty infrastructure repair.
- 3+ years of technical services experience within a construction or manufacturing environment.
- Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to travel approximately 60% throughout the United States and Canada. [
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with polyurethane, acrylate, epoxy, urea-silicate, cementitious, and microfine cement injection systems.
- Experience supporting tunneling, mining, marine structures, dams, water and wastewater infrastructure, or heavy civil construction projects.
- Familiarity with ASTM, ACI, ICRI, NSF/ANSI/CAN, tunneling, mining, and infrastructure standards.
- Professional Engineer (PE), Engineer-in-Training (EIT), or CSI CDT certification.
