Job Opening
The BAGS engineering office (the industrial process supporting the design, development, and industrialization of Decathlon bags, covers, and luggage) is looking for its future product engineer.
Within the Decathlon brand, your mission is to design, develop, and validate exclusive and innovative bags for our users worldwide. Based on the vision shared with the sports departments, joint drafting of product specifications, and your market knowledge, you will:

Explore, design, develop, and validate finished and semi-finished products in partnership with the sports our prototyping workshops, and our suppliers.

Take full responsibility for project management (planning, coordination, etc.) and guarantee performance across your scope's Cost, Quality, and Deadline metrics.

Contribute to upskilling the Engineering Office by capturing knowledge and actively participating in design capability improvement projects.

Drive concrete actions to actively reduce the environmental impact of your products.
The BAGS design team uniquely serves the bag and luggage engineering needs of 36 Decathlon Sports/Brands, almost all of whose design centers are located in the greater Lille area.
The BAGS team is based at the DECATHLON KIPSTADIUM (70 Rue de l'Union, 59200 Tourcoing).
