Your Profile

• You hold a Master's degree (Business School, Engineering School, or University Master's degree equivalent) with a minimum of five years of higher education (Master's level).

• You have significant experience in management consulting, particularly within Corporate Finance, with expertise in accounting, management control, treasury, and consolidation from both business and systems perspectives. Experience within the Aerospace & Defense sector is highly valued.

• You possess excellent communication skills and are able to work effectively in English. You have a proven ability to lead and motivate teams, both locally and internationally.

• You demonstrate a strong results-oriented mindset, strategic decision-making capabilities, and a clear ambition to contribute to both the company's growth and the professional development of your team.

• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand and address complex business challenges.

• You are willing to travel, particularly within France.

• You have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong client-service orientation, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments.

• You are creative in identifying and implementing innovative solutions.

• You have a strong interest in emerging technologies and are eager to take on new professional challenges in innovative environments.

• You have previously participated in Finance transformation projects involving both business process and systems transformation components.
