As the Digital & E-commerce Performance Manager within the Digital & Omnichannel Department of Christian Dior Couture for Europe, you will assume a pivotal strategic leadership role accountable for the Europe E-commerce business performance.
You will be responsible for planning and driving the E-commerce performance putting together strategic insights and action plans to deliver topline and bottom-line growth across the 29 markets within Europe's, splited in four key regions (Northern Europe, Central/Eastern Europe, Southern Europe, and France).
Act as a catalyst for seamless communication and collaboration between various departments, orchestrating comprehensive, 360° Digital & Omnichannel initiatives.
Description du profil
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in driving commercial performance, ideally within the luxury or fashion sector, with a proven track record of success in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and omnichannel business models, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies for driving growth and profitability, from Acquisition (Digital Marketing channels) to Conversion
- Exceptional analytical skills and a deep passion for data, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Demonstrated expertise in project management, change management, and process improvement, with the ability to drive complex initiatives to successful completion.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Proficiency in performance management and reporting tools, with the ability to develop and implement sophisticated dashboards and reports.
