Description du poste
THE CONTEXT: BEYOND TRADITIONAL PROCUREMENT
At Decathlon, we are transforming our Packaging & Paper supply chain (7,000+ components globally) to support our 2026-2028 strategic vision. We firmly believe that with the rise of AI, young tech talents can now tackle complex, global business challenges with unprecedented autonomy. We are looking for a tech-savvy builder-someone passionate about Software Architecture and Artificial Intelligence-to help us invent the 'Augmented Buyer and planner.' Working closely with our Strategic Buyers, component planners and digital team, you will put 'Tech & IA at the service of packaging procurement.'
You will not be doing data entry. You will be building the architecture and the tools that pilot millions of euros in spend and drive our sustainability goals (Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation compliance, CO2 tracking).
Your core missions:
-
Build the 'Pack-A.I.' Proof of Concept: Design, test, and deploy AI-driven tools (using LLMs/GenAI through the complete Google environment - Gemini for Workspace, NotebookLM) to help buyers instantly analyze supplier price increases against global market indices (energy, raw materials, freight).
-
Architect the Data Flow: Help map and connect our internal databases (Price list, orders, Supplier Database…) via APIs to automate our 'Total Cost of Ownership - Industrial Costing' models.
-
Master the 20/80 Strategy: Create automated, intelligent data pipelines to track our 20/80 components-giving buyers & planners real-time alerts on orders issues, pricing anomalies, and compliance.
-
Tech for Sustainability: Develop solutions to track reverse logistics data and the integration of recycled materials to ensure we hit our 2030 circularity targets.
