We're looking for a passionate and talented Data Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you'll have the chance to roll up your sleeves and apply data analytics methods in the domain of Data Science to sustain Pernod-Ricard growth.
Your role
In this role, as a data analyst for one of our Key Digital Programs, you will help business stakeholders achieve their goals by leveraging data to deliver strategic recommendations and automated data analysis solutions.
You will integrate the Data, Design and Analytics team where various profiles work together (Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Machine Learning Engineer, Design team, Data Office team).
Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities to support the KDP lifecycle, you will :

Conduct data exploration activities to effectively frame and extend the scope of data analysis projects.

Prepare and clean data for analysis, including data quality, normalization and transformation as needed.

Develop intuitive interfaces and dashboards for visualizing and presenting data insights.

Conduct recurring and ad hoc analysis to provide valuable insights for decision-making.

Program and monitor business value, including tracking adoption rates, calculating impact, and monitoring key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of our data programs.

You have a masters diploma (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.

You have 1 year of experience (internships not included) as a Data Analyst or business analyst. Experience in FMCG Company or data consulting

You have very good oral and written communication skills,

You have an advanced level in Excel and SQL. Experience with DBT is a plus.

You have an advanced level in Python panda library and visualization packages,

You are experimented with an automated data visualization solution, Power BI is a strong plus,

You are fluent in English, French is a plus,

You understand data circulation & data architecture principles.
