Description du poste
Want to join a dynamic company, a leader in premium wines and spirits, and work in friendly teams? Join Pernod Ricard as an HRIS Data Apprentice for one year from September 2026.
You will be part of the HR Data & Analytics team. Your goal will be to support our global initiatives toward the empowerment of our HR end-users, the ongoing construction of a common governance, and the simplification of our processes.
Your key missions?
- You will support the HRIS project management team working on Corporate Social Responsibility Directive (CSRD) to gather, verify and consolidate relevant Key Performance Indicators and data points
- You will support data quality initiatives in our HRIS, Workday, by ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely review of activities and trend.
- You will assist in data analysis by collecting, organizing, and interpreting data from various sources to support HR decision-making processes.
- You will develop and implement data governance processes and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and resolve data-related issues.
- You will develop and maintain documentation on HR data processes, policies, and procedures.
- You will support stakeholder empowerment by providing training and resources to HR team members, enabling them to better understand and utilize Workday and associated data systems.
- You will foster a data-oriented culture through animation of global HR communities.
- You will assist with the creation and distribution of HR reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- You will participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed as part of the HR transformation team.

- You are currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- You speak English fluently
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Workday, is a plus.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- You are attentive to detail and accuracy.
- You show a genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR data and reporting.
- You are a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
