The shift for this role will be 1st shift, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, Overtime may be required.


The Customer Account Specialist is designed to manage the unique demands of high-volume customer accounts, serving as a strategic partner in customer operations. The Specialist will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for designated accounts and proactively coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet evolving customer expectations in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Process sales orders from customer purchase orders with precise contract review, compliance validation, and accurate system entry.
Serve as a first-line resource for complex inquiries via phone and email, including detailed lead-time estimates, product availability, technical specifications, and real-time shipping updates. Maintain a deep understanding of customer-specific requirements and operational nuances to tailor support and drive repeat business.
Manage billing discrepancies, chargebacks, and last-minute escalations, partnering with internal teams to provide swift, effective solutions. Serve as a first-line resource for complex inquiries via phone and email, including detailed lead-time estimates, product availability, technical specifications, and real-time shipping updates.

Description du profil

Required Skills & Experience:
High School Diploma required. Associates/Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting / Engineering or related field preferred; Successful and applicable work experience of 5+ years may be acceptable in place of a formal degree.
3+ years experience customer service, sales and/or pricing management required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
