YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As a GLOBAL INTERNAL CONTROLLER, and part of the GLOBAL INTERNAL AUDIT & INTERNAL CONTROL DEPARTMENT based in Paris, you will support the team in the leading of the Risk & Audit community across all activities of the Maison - CORPORATE, RETAIL and OPERATIONS. You will be integrated in a team of 4 people based at the Maison headquarters in Paris. The mission of the department is Safeguard and Improve CELINE.
This experience will enable you to:
- Support the continuous improvement of CELINE practices, processes and risk management maturity;
- Participate in providing key stakeholders and top management regular updates and reports;
- Collaborate with colleagues of sister brands of LVMH group and LVMH Holding developing synergies.

Missions
YOUR IMPACT
R.I.C.A. assessment
- Participate in the annual evaluation plan of CELINE Internal Control Maturity through monthly global audits.
- Coordinate with Regions and Sister Brands the global approach, testing methodology and global audit reports.
- Annual representation letter on the LVMH Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERICA) consolidating the results of the audits performed on the relevant processes globally.
Audits
- Support the team in the execution of the audit plan and continues elevation of the audit methodology.
- Participate to on field Country/Head Office Due Diligence and Store Visits
- Create value during the audit with our business partners supporting them in understanding the value of the improvements suggested, the easiest way to succeed in implementing them.
- Support quarterly the department to the follow-up of Audit Findings, mapping globally threats and weaknesses identified.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to partner on effective action plan implementation
Processes elevation
- Identify areas of collaboration with key stakeholders to improve key processes
Fraud prevention initiatives
- Animate effective and engaging fraud prevention initiatives (example: social tools, newsletters) with Headquarters interlocutors
Global Internal Control Community
- Animate effective and engaging initiatives with the regional stakeholders
Profil
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Education:
- A master's degree in economics or engineering is required
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant progressive experience in "Big Four" External Audit Firms or equivalent
- A second experience in internal control or audit is a plus
- Knowledge of luxury/fashion business is a plus
Attitude:
- Be humble, positive, practical, curious and supportive are essentials to succeed.

- Proficiency in audit and risk assessment methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.

- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization including senior leadership and retail associates
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint
- Excellent knowledge in the usage of Analytics tools is a plus (i.e. Power BI)
