Description du poste
We are looking for a: R&D CONTROLLER
at VENETTE
Work in your element
At Oleon, we bring you natural chemistry. Ambitious, with both feet on the ground. That's who we are and that's how we will continue to grow. Our specialty lies in converting natural fats and oils into a wide range of oleochemical products. We offer them in a large variety of markets such as cosmetics, nutrition, crop protection, industrial ingredients, lubricants, oilfield, coatings, detergents, and many more.
Oleon has over 1,000 employees worldwide in 10 different countries. Enthusiastic people who are completely in their element here at Oleon are more than welcome to join our team.
We are looking for:
As R&D CONTROLLER, you act as the financial anchor of our innovation and research activities. In this role, you ensure that innovation initiatives are not only creative and forward-looking, but also financially sound and supported by clear insights that guide strategic decision-making.
* You act as a trusted financial partner for the innovation leadership team and senior management. You support discussions on project prioritization, resource allocation and investment decisions, and you challenge and validate project business cases by assessing financial impact, risks and expected returns.
* You coordinate the financial planning cycle for innovation activities, including the annual budget, forecasts and longer-term financial planning. By consolidating data, validating analyses and interpreting variances, you translate financial information into clear insights and practical recommendations for management.
* You ensure strong cost control and financial follow-up of development activities. This includes monitoring development costs and ensuring the correct financial treatment of investments in development projects in line with accounting standards and company policies.
* You also contribute to clear performance reporting by translating financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making.
* Beyond financial analysis, you help strengthen financial processes, reporting tools and internal controls. You identify potential risks, highlight important issues to senior management and contribute to continuous improvement within the finance organization.
* You play an active role within the finance team by fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across functions.
Your benefits:
You will join a company with ambitious goals and a welcoming atmosphere. Your personal development and work-life balance are equally important to us. You can expect a competitive salary along with an impressive range of benefits.
Oleon is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment that embraces all forms of diversity. We ensure equal opportunities in our recruitment and integration processes and ensure that you can be yourself in our professional environment.
