MISSION & RESPONSABILITIES
The RID team works together with the Brands teams, Operations, Finance, Quality… to identify the trends and transform them into relevant projects that will drive the sustainable and profitable growth of the company. Together, you will capture the signals from the stakeholders (scientists, experts, competitors, markets, consumers, communities), turn them into decisive projects for the business and deliver the financials and extra-financials KPIs with preferred consumers experiences and compliant products and packaging.
Reporting hierarchically to the VP Group Research, Innovation and Development, you will be in charge of defining and developing the innovation / renovation / CSR strategy for your portfolio of brands and channels.
Accountability
- Lead, direct, and inspire the Kiri, Boursin & OOH teams
- Define the inno/reno/CSR roadmap with your key stakeholders
- Manage the portfolio of projects to win in market with the relevant KPIs (inno NS, productivity, CSR…) and lead the decision-making process (CODEV Brands & OOH)
- Identify and mobilize the required resources to deliver on time, in full
- Manage and grow people, fostering a culture of openness, learning, experimentation, and diversity, equality and inclusion.
- Contribute to Research, Innovation and Development strategy for the company thanks to your participation in RID Management Committee
Description du profil

Required background and/or level of professional experience:
- Advance degree in Food Technology or Food Science, know how on Dairy Industry is a plus
- 15 years' minimum experience in an FMCG company
- Experience in management (transversal or hierarchic) in a multi-cultural environment.
- Technical know-how from development to production (product, process and pack).
- User oriented (user tests, sensory tools, design thinking, …)
- Fluent English
