The Manager, Digital Products leads strategy, development, and optimization of web‑based tools and digital platforms. This role oversees product roadmaps, drives new digital initiatives, and ensures ongoing performance and maintenance of core digital properties. The ideal candidate brings strong technical fluency, experience with complex Martech ecosystems, and the ability to translate business strategy into actionable digital roadmaps.
This leader partners across Marketing, UX, Analytics, IT, and business units to deliver customer‑centric digital experiences, leveraging data and insights to continuously improve platform performance. The role also oversees CMS operations, service‑level processes, and cross‑functional prioritization.
People leadership is central-managing and developing a team, guiding contractors, and fostering collaboration within a matrixed organization. The Manager also supports budgeting, vendor management, and organizational planning.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute digital product strategy, roadmap, and new product development.
-Lead ongoing optimization, maintenance, and governance of web tools and digital platforms.
-Use data, analytics, and UX insights to improve digital experience and performance.Ensure alignment across Corporate Marketing, BU teams, and cross‑functional partners.
-Drive project management excellence using agile/lean methodologies as appropriate.
-Manage team performance, development, staffing needs, and external vendors.
-Build business cases, track KPIs, and report on digital performance and outcomes.
Qualifications:
-BA/BS required; MBA/MS preferred.
-10+ years in digital product strategy or related field.
-Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
-Deep knowledge of digital platforms, analytics, UX, and multi‑channel strategies.
-Proven ability to manage complex programs, budgets, and cross‑functional initiatives.
