We're looking for a reliable, safety-focused Plant Operator to support manufacturing operations across our facility in Houston, Texas.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00am-1:30pm

Essential Duties:

• Operate production processes to manufacture finished goods that meet customer requirements while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Support and participate in required regulatory testing to ensure compliance with applicable standards and operating requirements.
• Participate in scheduled team meetings and contribute recommendations that improve product quality, production output, cost control, workplace safety, and waste reduction.
• Maintain daily housekeeping standards across production and warehouse areas to support a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and reconciliation activities to help ensure inventory accuracy and operational control.
• Prepare shipments according to order specifications, ensure proper loading practices, and support compliance with applicable DOT regulations.

• A High School Diploma or accredited GED is required
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing is required
• Demonstrated reading, mathematical, and technical aptitude, with the ability to qualify on multiple processes and equipment within a dynamic chemical manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor environments and ambient temperature conditions.
