The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a main advisor to business leaders, providing hands-on HR support across country operations. Working with other HRBPs and COEs-including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity & Inclusion-you'll help deliver quality HR initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle.
This role requires strong data-driven decision making, organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to build trust with employees and managers. Effective communication and time management are essential in this fast-paced environment. Prior experience partnering with leaders and teams within a manufacturing setting is preferred. Additionally, you must be comfortable working with a significant degree of autonomy.
What You'll Do
Partner with leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives
Coach and guide managers on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness
Lead the deployment of global and local HR programs and initiatives
Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws
Drive process improvement and maintain HR data accuracy
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Development teams
What You Bring
Human Resources Expertise:
Deep knowledge of HR practices, personnel administration, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and employment/labor laws.Stakeholder Management:
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build relationships at all organizational levels. Experience supporting leadership team membersCommunication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and the ability to communicate across all levels.Problem-Solving:
Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently and in a timely manner.Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical abilities with attention to data quality.Collaboration & Teamwork:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, especially in a fast-paced, matrix environment.International & Business Acumen:
Understanding of international business operations and HR group activities.Technical Proficiency:
Experience working with different HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).Language Skills:
Proficiency in French is mandatory. Fluency in English is also required.Education:
bachelor's degree in a related field is essential; master's degree or HR certification is preferred.
