**Job Description:**

* We are looking for a * Sales Representative* to join our *Sustainability Sales * team in France. *

***The role:***


* Prospects, identifies, qualifies commercial opportunities in your sector of activity

* Manages customer accounts with autonomy

* Manages the commercial relationship by ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance with commitments and their economic interest

* Develops commercial approaches and proposals in line with customer issues and needs, under the responsibility of a manager

* Develops your own customer and partner relational network

* Collaborates with our technical experts and operations management in drafting responses to call for tender or spontaneous proposals.

* Coordinates your commercial actions with your counterparts in other Business Units, and ensures with them a consistent approach to joint accounts.

* Establishes with the commercial director a q ualification and prioritization of commercial actions in line with the strategy



***Are you THE one ? ***

*Non-Negotiable Requirements:*


* *A strong knowledge of Military/Defense Markets is mandatory.* Only candidates demonstrating this critical expertise will be considered.

* *5-7+ years of experience* in Sales

* *Negotiation and Stakeholder Management Skills* are essential



**Highly Valued Assets:**


* *Military Background or Defense Industry Experience* is welcome

* Familiarity with *Risk Management* and/or *Sustainability Services* relevant to the defense sector.



To complete his team, The Head of Sales Sustainability would need to count on your skills for:

* Team management / coordination

* Ability to facilitate a meeting

* Intrapreneurship

* Customer orientation

* Leadership - Facilitator / Mediation skills / Positive and collaborative approach / Relational ease
