Job description:

The International Controller will report to the Head of controlling of the Mobility Business Unit. The scope of the position covers the whole Mobility Business Unit which is composed of:

• Sekurit OEM
• Sekurit Service
• Sekurit Transport

Specifically, the International business controller will support financial performance monitoring and provide technical assistance to local teams across international entities.

The role requires strong knowledge and expertise in SAP (FI/CO), project coordination, and business intelligence tools. Acting as a key interface between operational teams, SAP consultants, and finance management, the controller contributes to process optimization and reporting automation.

Key responsibilities:

Controlling & Financial Monitoring

• Analyze and monitor financial performance of international subsidiaries.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Support month-end closing processes in collaboration with local teams.

Technical Support & SAP Expertise

• Provide functional support on SAP FI/CO to local users.
• Coordinate with SAP consultants for system enhancements and issue resolution.
• Participate in SAP implementation or migration projects.

Project Management Costing Tools & Benchmarking

• Lead and support strategic and operational projects across finance and business units.
• Utilize costing tools to analyze product and service profitability.
• Conduct benchmarking studies to compare performance across entities and identify best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of project outcomes with financial targets and strategic goals.

Reporting & BI Development

• Design and automate financial reports using tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Continuously improve dashboards and performance tracking tools.
• Stay up to date with BI and ERP technologies.

Education & Experience

• A degree in finance, Controlling, or Business Administration.
• Experience in controlling, ideally in an international environment.

Technical Skills

• Strong command of SAP FI/CO (configuration, support, coordination).
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ideally proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Soft Skills

• Ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous, analytical, and detail oriented.

Languages

• English: Professional proficiency
• French: Professional proficiency is a plus
