About the Role
SUEZis seeking an experienced Business Analyst (P2P) to support a critical AccountsPayable automation and process transformation initiative within our Financefunction.
Thisrole is based on-site at our Rhodes office and requires close, day-to-daycollaboration with Finance, Procurement, IT, Payroll, and key internalstakeholders.

Thisis a hands-on, delivery-focused role, dedicated to end-to-end AP automationover a defined 6-month timeframe. The role will commence in early 2026, withthe initial phase focused on scoping, discovery, and confirmation of theautomation roadmap.
Youwill act as the primary SUEZ representative for the initiative, working acrosslocal and global teams to drive outcomes and embed sustainable process andsystem improvements.

AboutYou
Ifyou enjoy being at the centre of digital finance transformation, this roleoffers the opportunity to lead a focused, end-to-end Purchase to Pay automationinitiative with real ownership and impact.

Youbring proven experience across the full P2P lifecycle, particularly withinAccounts Payable automation, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to understandhow business processes truly operate. From invoice capture and validationthrough to 3-way matching, exception handling, payments, and vendorreconciliation, you know how to identify inefficiencies, risks, and automationopportunities and turn them into practical, sustainable solutions.

Youare comfortable mapping As-Is processes, designing future-state (To-Be)workflows, and embedding improved controls, governance, and ways of working.You understand the importance of audit readiness, segregation of duties, anddata integrity, and you know how to balance control with operationalefficiency.

Thisrole suits someone who enjoys working closely with Finance, Accounts Payable,Procurement, IT, and Payroll, acting as a trusted advisor who can translateoperational pain points into clear functional requirements and automationoutcomes.
Youbring hands-on experience working with SAP / S4HANA and integrated financeplatforms, and you understand how AP automation tools, workflows, and datastructures interact within a broader ERP environment. You enjoy partnering withsystems teams and global stakeholders to optimise configuration, improve dataquality, and ensure solutions are scalable and compliant.
Youthrive in environments with clear timelines and accountability, and you takepride in seeing process improvements move from concept through toimplementation and embedment.
