Trissential is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Business Readiness (Program Support) to join our client's Transformational Program Management Office (TPMO). This is a high‑visibility role supporting four large, complex, multi‑year technology‑enabled transformation programs-where culture, readiness, and execution intersect.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Support enterprise culture leadership and business readiness activities across multiple transformational programs
- Coordinate cross‑program cadences to ensure alignment, consistency, and execution discipline
- Partner with Strategy & Performance leaders within the TPMO to enable delivery through strong organization and follow‑through
- Develop and maintain leader toolkits, talking points, presentations, and readiness materials
- Prepare materials for executive and program meetings; analyze feedback and drive follow‑up actions
- Draft and publish communications and SharePoint content to support change and adoption
- Facilitate or support meetings, workshops, and readiness sessions
- Coordinate data collection for dashboards, stakeholder maps, metrics, and readiness indicators
- Support scheduling, content development, dissemination, and ongoing program communications
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, business readiness, organizational change, or transformation delivery
- Experience supporting enterprise‑level initiatives involving behavioral, process, and/or system change
- Strong ability to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- Excellent presentation development skills and comfort engaging with diverse audiences
- Proven stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and facilitation capabilities
- Demonstrated experience supporting readiness initiatives that reinforce cultural alignment and adoption
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working within a Transformational Program Management Office (TPMO)
- Exposure to large‑scale, technology‑enabled transformations
- Familiarity with innovative or non‑traditional change enablement approaches
- Experience supporting multi‑year, cross‑program initiatives
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Certifications in Project Management or Change Management (PMP, Prosci, Agile, etc.) are a plus but not required
