Description du poste
Missions :
- Performance analysis & reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns, leveraging insights to refine strategies and improve engagement. Generate regular reports on social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the Social Media Manager for strategic adjustments.
- Responsible for logistics: In the context of social media projects, manage and track shipments coordinated with our partner agency to influencers, as well as any transportation related to campaign activations. Serve as the key point of contact with local stores and, when necessary, across different markets.
- Social Media Strategy implementation : Support the Social Media Manager in daily operations and key campaigns and assist in the development and execution of multi-platform social media strategies that align with our French fashion-sport brand's objectives, enhancing visibility and engagement with our target audience.
- Social Media Department visibility : Initiate and manage social media newsletter campaigns to enhance the department's internal visibility and contribute to the team's success through the latest activations.
- Content creation and curation: Collaborate with partners and influencers to produce and curate visually appealing and brand-aligned content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X, showcasing our products and brand narrative.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, and sales teams to synchronize social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
- Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating innovative ideas into our social media presence to maintain relevance and captivate our audience.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure all social media content and interactions adhere to brand guidelines and values, maintaining the French-fashion sport essence of our brand identity.
