The Technology and Industrial Performance (TIP) Department is the Group Center of Expertise for industrial excellence, typically in charge of the industrial performance roadmap, standards and benchmarking, R&D programs for construction, strategic investments, regional capacity allocation, excellence programs, etc.
Among its core missions, TIP drives a Group-wide push to digitalize its manufacturing processes. One of these initiatives is the Manufacturing Digital Hub (MDH). Held by TIP's Opex Digital team and delivered by a collective of 85 people, the MDH is a digital platform geared towards operational excellence, offering digital tools serving 2 main purposes : helping frontline teams coordinate their activities on the shop floor, and helping managers drive continuous improvement for their industrial sites.

This position is open to both French and English speakers.
Opex Digital is looking for a Product Owner to drive innovation and delivery of multiple MDH tools.
As such, this role will position you in continuous interaction with all the key players of a major Digital Platform in a large industrial group, in an Agile delivery context : business owners and stakeholders, key decision makers of TIP, product managers, end-users on industrial sites, development teams...
Reporting to the MDH Product Manager for Continuous Improvement, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Interact with business owners and key users to understand the use cases, business value and future ambitions for your applications, and help them express their requirements at the right level
- Translate these requirements to actionable work items for Agile development teams (epics, user stories, UX wireframes, UI mockups) and organize them in iterations towards a working product
- Orchestrate delivery of your applications through the product backlog and roadmap and drive them in the right direction: prioritization, sprint planning, adapting to changing requirements and constraints, etc…
- Continuously interact with your development team to ensure that requirements and business expectations are well understood.
- Guide your key users through the onboarding effort, and help them deploy your applications in their industrial sites, write user guides and organize training sessions
Monitor & Analyze user activity, satisfaction and progressive adoption of your tools worldwide, and report on those KPIs and roadmaps in steering committees.

Description du profil
Education - typical academic curriculums include :
- Engineering School, typically with Digital Manufacturing/Industry 4.0 modules or specialties
- Business School, typically with Innovation Management or Digital Transformation modules or specialties
- Computer Science curriculum, typically with a Product Management module or specialty
Valued experience, knowledge and technical competencies :
- Advanced written and spoken English (90% of interactions will be in English)
- Experience and/or sensitivities towards IT project management or web development
- Basic knowledge Agile principles and scrum methodology and purpose
- Advanced mastery of Office 365 tools
- Knowledge in UX/UI design, digital marketing or customer success appreciated
