Description du poste
Ipsen is strengthening its Global Digital & IT Operations (OneOps) to enhance the performance, security, and governance of its collaboration platforms. We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer to design, operate, and continuously improve Ipsen's Microsoft 365 ecosystem at scale.
In this role, you will act as a hands-on technical expert and platform owner, ensuring that collaboration and productivity services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Copilot) are secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards.
You will play a key role in bridging security, identity, infrastructure, and digital workplace teams, while enabling new capabilities such as Microsoft 365 Copilot in a controlled and compliant way.
Your key responsibilities
- Design and evolve the Microsoft 365 platform architecture across all core services.
- Act as the L3 technical expert, handling complex incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure platform reliability, performance, and operational excellence through monitoring, automation, and KPIs.
- Implement and enforce governance, security, and compliance policies (Purview, DLP, data lifecycle, access control).
- Prepare and secure the Microsoft 365 environment for Copilot deployment and adoption.
- Automate platform operations using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and CI/CD practices.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, identity, and digital workplace teams to ensure alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement and reduce dependency on external partners through internal expertise and industrialization.
Your profile & expertise
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 platform engineering or administration.
- Strong hands-on expertise across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Copilot.
- Experience in platform governance, security, and compliance (Purview, DLP, retention, audit).
- Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph).
- Experience managing complex incidents and L3 support activities.
- Good understanding of identity, security, and cloud environments.
- Ability to work in cross-functional and international environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent in English and French.
