Financial Accountant- Part Qualified

East Leake (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

We're looking for a Financial Accountant to join the team at Saint-Gobain Professional Services in East Leake. This is a great opportunity for someone who is part-qualified in ACCA or CIMA and looking to develop their career in a collaborative finance environment supporting well-known brands across the business.

Working as part of a supportive finance team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial information and supporting core accounting processes across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and posting accounting and transactional entries for internal clients
• Completing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy across accounts
• Supporting the month-end close process and financial reporting
• Assisting with VAT returns and tax-related queries
• Working closely with stakeholders across the business to resolve accounting issues
• Supporting continuous improvements in financial processes and controls
• Supporting the development of junior members of the team through coaching, guidance, and knowledge sharing

What we're looking for

• Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA (essential)
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Confident working with stakeholders across finance and the wider business
• Experience in industry or practice is welcome
