The role involves close collaboration with various departments and this role is conducted primarily in English.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to the preparation and launch of AXA's Future Risks Report: analyze raw survey data, conduct data quality and consistency checks, draft report sections, and prepare supporting presentation materials.

• Increase awareness of emerging risks and animate the Emerging Risks Community:

• Draft and distribute monthly newsletters to raise risk awareness among AXA employees worldwide, reaching over 4,000 contacts.

• Assist in organizing (i) the Emerging Risks Community Calls bringing the together local emerging risks contacts for workshops and presentations, and (ii) the Emerging Risk Seminar, a 1.5-day event in Paris.

• Conduct research and draft studies on specific emerging risk topics at the request of the Head of Strategic Risks.

• Support the yearly emerging risks radar process:

• Assist in the identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of emerging risks that could impact AXA over the next 5 to 10 years.

Who You Are:

• Master's degree student looking for a gap year or final internship, with a background in one of the following areas: Risk Management, Insurance, Business, Economics, Actuarial Science, or Political Science

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral), and ideally in French

• Ability to create clear and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations

• Rigorous approach to verifying data and figures, with strong attention to detail

• Good command of Excel and, ideally, VBA

• Interest in insurance
