Description du poste
Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Partnership & Influence Intern for Martell for 6 months from July 2026 to December 2026. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).
Martell is the Oldest of the Great Cognac Houses. Drawing on 300 years of savoir-faire, it is the number one international prestige cognac brand.
You will work on aspect of communication linked to culture, partnership and influence. As a part of the Creative Content Management team you will support the Culture & Partnership team in executing the global strategy, accompanying key markets in their cultural initiatives, and amplifying all initiatives (both global and local) to develop the Brand's presence on several digital touchpoints (social media & websites). You will also be in touch with internal stakeholders and agencies when necessary to help the team with day-to-day project management and follow-up.
Your key missions:
Culture

Contributing to the definition and roll-out of Martell's cultural platform, ensuring relevance across key markets and cultural territories

Supporting the scouting and assessment of cultural partners (artists, festivals, collectives, labels, emerging talents) aligned with brand values and priority markets

Assisting in the development of cultural activation toolkits and guidelines for local markets to ensure brand consistency and execution excellence

Participating in the management of ongoing cultural partnerships and projects: timelines, creative deliverables, internal approvals, asset coordination

Monitoring emerging cultural trends and opportunities (music, nightlife, fashion, art, entertainment) to inspire the team and feed strategic decisions

Leading the development of inspirational decks (competitive reviews, consumer trends, cultural insights, social media trends) to fuel the team with new ideas to nurture the cultural strategy

Tracking performance of global cultural initiatives and producing recaps to share learnings and best practices across markets
Influence
You will support the team in executing the global influence strategy with main focus on:

Identifying and managing influencer partnerships : on a global scale, source, evaluate, and establish lasting relationships with influencers and opinion leaders relevant to the luxury sector.

Developing guidelines for local markets : provide a strategic and operational framework to support local teams in implementing their influence plans

Managing influence campaigns : oversee international campaigns from start to finish: creative brief, contract negotiation, content validation, performance monitoring.

Analyzing performance and optimize ROI : track key indicators (reach, engagement, conversion), produce impact reports, and make recommendations to maximize effectiveness and justify investments.

Leading the development of inspirational decks (competitive reviews, consumer trends, social media trends) to fuel the team with new ideas to nurture the influence strategy

You are pursuing a degree with a specialization in marketing or digital marketing.

You ideally have previous experience in a digital or creative environment.

You speak fluent English.

You have a strong interest in social media and campaign communications, culture and partnerships ; interest in the spirits industry is a plus.

You are organized, rigorous, and proactive.
Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
