JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of the international marketing team of Havana Club at Pernod Ricard, you will contribute to strengthening Havana Club's cultural relevance and desirability worldwide. Working at our Paris headquarters, you will support the Brand Communication, Content, Partnerships & Experience team in making Havana Club a truly iconic and culturally connected brand across markets. This internship offers a 360° exposure to global brand building from communication strategy and content creation to large-scale brand experiences, cultural collaborations and influencer marketing.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
MISSION 1: BRAND COMMUNICATION & CONTENT (30%)
Your responsibilities will include:

Contributing to the development of global communication campaigns (ATL & digital)

Supporting creative brief writing for agencies and production partners
-
Coordinating content production (shoots, toolkits, social assets, guidelines)
-
Ensuring consistency of brand tone of voice and visual identity across touchpoints
-
Conducting monthly benchmarks on competitors and culturally relevant brands
-
Identifying emerging content trends (social formats, creators, platforms)
-
Post campaign report and analysis
You will act as a key liaison between global teams, agencies and local markets to ensure smooth implementation and strong brand coherence.
MISSION 2: BRAND PARTNERSHIPS & EXPERIENCE (60%)
BRAND EXPERIENCE 30 %
Following the successful rollout of our new global brand experience across key festivals in 2025, our ambition for 2026 is to scale and amplify impact.
In this context, you will:

Support the coordination of Havana Club festival activations worldwide
-
Assist in the deployment of the global activation toolkit to markets
-
Ensure consistency across local adaptations (guidelines, production follow-up, best practices sharing)
-
Participate in briefing content teams for on-site content production
-
Help build activation recap decks and performance reports
-
Identify optimization and expansion opportunities for future editions
You will collaborate closely with local teams to guarantee excellence in execution and premium brand representation.
BRAND PARTNERSHIPS & INFLUENCE 30%
You will support the development and execution of Havana Club's global influence & cultural partnership strategy.
Influencer & Creator Campaign Management

Support end-to-end management of global influencer campaigns (briefing, contracts, content validation, reporting)

Help design and implement the influencer roadmap aligned with brand positioning and target markets

Source and evaluate relevant global talents (creators, DJs, artists, cultural opinion leaders)

Build guidelines and best practices for local markets

Monitor KPIs and monthly performance
Cultural Collaborations & Artist Roadmap

Contribute to the strategic development of major cultural collaborations

Support coordination of artist partnerships (roadmap, asset production, toolkit, launch readiness)

Assist in events organization within the influence ecosystem

Ensure strong earned media and cultural impact
Creative & Strategic Support

Be a creative force within the team, bringing fresh ideas for creator content and cultural activations

Conduct monthly benchmarks on competitors and top-performing brands (events & influence)

Track emerging large-scale cultural talents and trends
MISSION 3: TEAM SUPPORT AND OPERATIONNAL EXCELLENCE (10%)

Support operational coordination (events logistics, orders, seeding, shooting preparation & deliveries)

Contribute to internal organization and cross-team alignment

Share insights, trends reports and cultural inspiration with the team
REQUIRED SKILLS

What you know:

Strong interest in brand marketing (communication campaigns, events, influencer ecosystem, social platforms)
-
Good creative eye and sensitivity to content visual & cultural trends
-
Good project management skills and autonomy
-
First successful experience(s) in project coordination
-
Fluent English (written & oral), Spanish and/or French are a plus

WHERE DO YOU COME FROM:
We don't care what school you are coming from or how long your CV is, as long as you're motivated and ready to commit to a great internship :)
To apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
