Description du poste
Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Tech Master Data Management (MDM) Portfolio Intern for 6 months from July 2026. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).
The Change & Adoption intern will play a key role in shaping the change management strategy for the company's major Master Data Management
(MDM) tool. Their mission will be to help define the strategic approach to change, translate it into concrete actions, and support its implementation
across the organization. They will also accompany end-users throughout the adoption process, ensuring they understand the new MDM tool, feel
confident using it, and are fully engaged in the transformation.
Your key missions:
· You will work with different experts (tech & functional) to execute cross-functional initiatives such as change upskilling programs
· You will help to build the change strategy for the implementation of the tool with international stakeholders
· You will participate in the animation & training of our end-users community
· You will participate in analyzing and proposing enhancements
· You will support end-users in their platform adoption
· You will produce project status reports to measure the adoption of the platform
· You will work in an international setting, engaging with stakeholders and users across over 80 countries.

- Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from Business School
- Background & expected experiences: ·
- Appetence in Product Adoption, Change Management and end-user support ·
- Feel at ease with design tools to produce highly intuitive support with great look and feel, ·
- Ready to work on an international and complex context ·
- Confirmed appetence for data topics
Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
