Why this role matters
As part of the Digital & E-commerce department, you will manage and coordinate digital, web and e-commerce projects in an international environment.
Your mission: Act as the key link between business teams, internal tech team, agencies, local markets, and external partners. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business needs, challenge and structure them clearly, translate them into functional requirements, and coordinate delivery from framing to implementation. The role covers projects such as website redesigns, CMS and e-commerce platform evolutions, website template deployment, international rollouts, analytics, accessibility, third-party integrations, and technical maintenance in partnership with tech team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will:
* Collect and structuring business needs from global and local stakeholders
* Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project documentation
* Manage and prioritizing the backlog
* Coordinate DTC website, e-commerce, template, and international deployment projects
* SupporteCMS and e-commerce technical evolutions
* Manage relationships with design, development, and technical agencies
* Coordinate workshops, follow-ups, testing phases, UAT, and project status updates
* Supporte countries in adopting global digital templates and best practices
* Ensure consistency across UX, SEO, accessibility, content, analytics, and technical requirements
* Follow up on bugs, changes/improvements, maintenance topics, releases, and platform evolutions
* Help structure governance, documentation, and ways of working across digital projects

What you bring
The candidate should have:
* At least confirmed years of experience (around 7years) in digital project management, product ownership, or e-commerce project coordination
* Strong project management and coordination skills
* Good understanding of DTC digital, website, CMS, and e-commerce environments and especially Shopify
* Solid knowledge of CMS and e-commerce platforms, ideally including Shopify and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
* Ability to understand platform constraints, technical dependencies, and integration topics
* Ability to write clear functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project documentation
* Ability to manage priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
* Good understanding of UX, SEO, accessibility, analytics, and web performance topics
* Experience working with external agencies, development teams, IT, and technical partners
* Ability to coordinate both business and technical stakeholders
* Comfortable managing testing, feedback, UAT, release follow-up, and post-launch improvements
* Professional or fluent English.
