Role: Technical Manager, Vietnam, based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Reporting line: Reports to the Country Manager, Vietnam/Cambodia

Purpose of the role: Partner closely with the commercial team to deliver technical solutions that support business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and translate regional strategies into practical applications for the Vietnam market.

Key responsibilities:

Provide technical and formulation support to the sales team and customers, lead customer visits, understand technical challenges, and recommend effective solutions that improve efficiency, cost optimization, and performance.

✓Campaign execution:
Support the sales team, adapt and implement regional marketing campaigns locally, align customer needs with suitable solutions, and provide feedback on campaign results and effectiveness.

✓Technical communication:
Support presentations, seminars, workshops, and engagement with key opinion leaders; act as the technical bridge between product value and customer outcomes.

✓Trials and market insights:
Design and monitor field trials, supervise analyses, support product registration, and track feed and raw material trends to identify market needs and performance gaps.

✓What success looks like:
Strong technical support quality, successful campaign execution, contribution to sales growth and margins, valuable market insight sharing, and high-impact technical reporting.

✓Ideal candidate profile:
Degree in animal nutrition, veterinary science, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, especially in formulation. Strong technical knowledge, effective communication and presentation skills, team spirit, fluency in English, and willingness to travel extensively are essential.

• Quality & effectiveness of formulation and technical support
• Successful execution of selected campaigns with target customers
• Contribution to Sales achievement, revenue growth and Margins versus Target/Budget
• Networking with Key Consultant in the country & report and share insight with Country Manager and Technical Director
• Preparation of technical articles and trend reports

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or Advanced degree in animal nutrition, sciences/veterinary or related discipline
• minimum 5-years of work experience, particularly hands-on formulation experience
• Strong knowledge and experience in animal nutrition and industry practices
• Fluent in English, speaking and writing and able to translate the
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team spirit
• Willing to travel extensively (80% of the time in the field)
