Position: Supply Planner MEA

Reporting To: IMEA Supply Planning Manager

Position Summary

The Supply Planner is responsible for managing supply planning activities for the MEA region while supporting IMEA supply planning operations. The role ensures product availability, coordinates with cross-functional teams, monitors inventory and supports efficient execution of the regional supply chain.


Responsabilités:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage supply planning activities for assigned MEA countries and support IMEA planning.
  • Monitor daily product availability and order book, ensuring timely resolution of supply constraints.
  • Coordinate forecast updates and support monthly planning cycles.
  • Work closely with Customer Service, Manufacturing Plants, Logistics, Sales, and Regional Planning teams to ensure uninterrupted product supply.
  • Participate in regular planning meetings, including Microvit, AT88, RCM/RBM, and regional supply reviews.
  • Support Customer Service with product availability, order prioritization, and supply-related queries.
  • Coordinate with the Europe Supply Planning team on diluted materials and Vitamin inventory.
  • Process and follow up on Credit Notes and Debit Notes for regional business (AFSAS & Turkey).
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate supply risks and recovery plans.
  • Maintain accurate planning reports and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Support and participate in Supply Chain projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, inventory optimization, digitalization initiatives, and cross-functional projects to improve service, efficiency, and operational performance
  • Monitor supply risks and proactively communicate mitigation plans to stakeholders.
  • Support the monthly S&OP/Supply Review process by providing supply updates and highlighting constraints.
  • Track inventory health, including slow-moving, excess, and short-dated stock, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate product launches, phase-ins, phase-outs, and supply transitions.
  • Prepare and maintain supply planning KPIs and reports for management review.
  • Ensure planning master data is accurate and updated in SAP/planning systems.
  • Support business continuity by coordinating action plans during supply disruptions.

Profil:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain Operations.
  • Experience with SAP and regional/global supply chain operations is preferred.
  • APICS/CPIM certification is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English is a must. Ideally French speaking.
