Description du poste

We are looking for a Group Tax Reporting Manager ! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Your key missions:

Reporting to the Group Tax Director, the Group Tax Reporting Manager will mainly be responsible for:

  • Monitoring the Group effective tax rate, cash tax rate and tax risks

  • Managing and improving the Group corporate income tax, country-by-country and other taxes reporting

  • Contributing to the Group Financial Digital Transformation roadmap and implementing the tax transformation derives from the Digital roadmap. Working on ad-hoc tax projects

Management of the Group Effective Tax Rate throughout the year

  • Coordinate and assist the business partners and the affiliates

  • Review of statutory and consolidated tax proofs

  • Manage the tax related consolidation entries

  • Monitor the main Effective Tax Rate drivers (including blended rate, temporary and permanent differences, tax provisions…)

  • Monitor and anticipate impacts of change in tax laws

  • Analyze and report the tax KPIs to the Group Tax Director, the Group Consolidation Director and the Group CFO

  • Model tax projections to support recognition of deferred tax on net operating losses

  • Input the tax section of the Group financial statements in relation with the consolidation team

  • Prepare financial communication regarding tax topics

  • Coordinate with other teams (consolidation, business analyst, cash, financial communication)

  • Liaise with external auditors for half year and year-end closing

On the top of Mission 1, monitor, prepare and rationalize the Pillar 2 impacts at group level

  • Anticipate and determine the impacts

  • Liaise with the affiliates for impact determination and book entries

Management of the Group cash tax

  • Manage the Group cash tax position

  • Liaise with the different stakeholders to provide, analyze and monitor the cash tax information

Monitoring the tax risks positions

  • Responsible for the tax risks reporting system

  • Analyze and monitor the tax risks, tax provisions and cash tax related to tax litigations

Management of the Group tax transparency communication

  • Monitor, prepare and rationalize the country-by-country tax reporting ("CbCR")

  • Monitor, prepare and rationalize the public CbCR

  • Monitor, follow up and implement other tax transparency initiatives to support the Group reputation

Be part of the Group Financial Digital Transformation Roadmap Active contribution to the relevant Finance steams and any transformation projects and pivot role with the tax team to raise awareness and collect input.

  • Strong involvement on definition the future needs (definition of approach for year end, interim and estimate tax reporting, Pillar 2, CBCR, cash reporting,…)

  • Leading the definition of the tax roadmap and its implementation

Training of the affiliates and business partners

  • Perform technical training to the Group key stakeholders on Group tax reportings

Technical assistance to the affiliates on tax accounting matters

If you recognize yourself in the description below, don't wait to apply!

You have :

  • Master degree, ideally in a top business or engineering school

  • Certification (or expertise) in Norm IFRS (IAS 12 in particular) is a plus

  • Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management and Essbase advantageous

You have 5 + years of experience (part of which is within a tax, audit or consolidation department in industry or Big 4).

Language required: English and French - fluent
