Reporting to the CSRD Director within the Sustainable Finance Department, your role will be to contribute to the implementation of the CSRD roadmap to ensure the Group's continued compliance and to provide the necessary expertise on CSRD obligations and requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of the non-financial data published.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operational Management of the CSRD Project
Support project managers and operational teams in achieving compliance with CSRD requirements.
Contribute to the drafting of materials for overall project governance and reporting to involved Executive Committee members.
Identify project alerts/risks, propose remediation plans, and monitor their implementation.
Work closely with Financial Communications throughout the production process of the Universal Registration Document.
Contribute to the development of support tools for hotel owners subject to CSRD requirements.
Ensure continuous regulatory monitoring to enrich and adjust the project on an ongoing basis.
Coordination of the Audit Campaign
Participate in the preparation and coordination of the non-financial audit campaign.
Facilitate exchanges with auditors to ensure their clear understanding of our challenges, business model, and strategy, and to convey the Group's commitments.
Work with ESG performance teams and project managers to anticipate and prepare the audit campaign and the follow-up of internal control rules.
Promote a culture of auditability to help advance the organization and projects in measuring non-financial performance.
Change Management & Reporting Tools
Contribute to the deployment of the IT roadmap (in collaboration with IT teams) to foster the automation of sustainability reporting.
Support the implementation of the CSRD change management plan (e.g., for ESG leads in the Group's regions and brands).
Propose training initiatives and/or upskilling levers to support the project and the rigor required by an audit process.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned within the Sustainable Finance Department.
With a Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school, business school, or university, you are fluent in English and possess:
Experience in a sustainability department, consulting, or non-financial auditing.
An interest in sustainability issues and the related evolving regulations.
An affinity for IT systems and task automation.
Skills in project management and cross-functional coordination.
An analytical mindset and the ability to synthesize complex information in both French and English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to adapt to the culture and organizational specificities of Accor.
The ability to persuade and demonstrated skills in problem-solving.
Knowledge of auditing mechanisms would be an advantage.
