Description du poste
LEAP is one of the major transformation programs currently at Pernod Ricard. It is focused on designing and building our future-proof ERP system, enabling the harmonization of all transactional processes across the Group. As part of this large-scale transformation program, the Global Tech Process Expert - SAP Logistics & Transportation will play a critical role in ensuring that logistics execution, transportation processes and API-based integrations are accurately defined, designed, developed, and implemented within the SAP S/4HANA Private Edition landscape. This role requires strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM), strong integration knowledge with SAP SD, MM and eWM, and solid experience in API-based integrations, from both business and technology perspectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Design
-
Act as a subject matter expert for SAP SD/MM processes, intercompany flows and API-based integrations.

Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, logistics and IT stakeholders to understand, challenge and translate functional requirements into robust and scalable SAP solutions.

Contribute to the design of end-to-end intercompany processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay (standard and Advanced Intercompany).

Ensure consistency and integration across modules (SD, MM, FI/CO, TM, WMS, PP-PI, QM).

Define integration patterns using APIs (synchronous/asynchronous) to connect SAP with external applications through a centralized middleware.

Contribute to documenting user stories and detailed functional specifications including processes, data models, interfaces and API contracts (payloads, endpoints, error handling).

Secure convergence (standardization & harmonization) while fostering automation, scalability and data reliability.

Stay up to date with SAP best practices, S/4HANA innovations and API-first integration strategies.
Build & Test
-
Contribute to the documentation of use cases, test scenarios, test scripts and data migration strategy.

Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA SD/MM functionalities including sales, billing, procurement and intercompany flows.

Design and validate SAP standard APIs (OData, SOAP) and custom APIs via SAP Integration Suite / middleware.

Work closely with development teams to implement and secure RICEFW objects and API integrations.

Ensure proper end-to-end integration testing via APIs across SD, MM, FI and logistics systems.

Support and lead testing phases (unit testing, integration testing, UAT).

Ensure data integrity, consistency and performance of API integrations.

Support the definition and execution of cut-over strategy.
Training & Roll-Out

Contribute to training material documentation and deliver sessions to key users.

Support roll-out strategy and deployment across entities, ensuring integration readiness.
Post Go-Live / Hypercare
-
Support post go-live activities from both functional and technical perspectives.

Monitor API integrations, interfaces and message flows in production.

Troubleshoot and resolve system or integration issues.
-
Support business teams to stabilize processes and ensure adoption.
Project Management

Report on activities within the Program Management framework.

Anticipate risks, identify deviations and propose mitigation actions.
-
Ensure delivery aligns with timeline, quality and budget expectations.
-
Promote CORE model solutions and SAP best practices.
Key Interactions

Strong interactions with Supply Chain, Finance, IT teams, integration partners and external platforms (3PL, carriers).

Facilitate workshops, design sessions and decision-making forums.

Drive alignment on intercompany and integration design.
-
Ensure strong documentation discipline and transparent communication.
YOUR PROFILE
-
You have strong expertise in SAP TM on S/4HANA Private Edition.
-
You bring deep knowledge of integrations between SAP TM, SAP SD, MM, and eWM.
-
You have experience with API-based integrations, including OData, REST, SOAP, and SAP Integration Suite.

You understand end-to-end logistics architectures and processes across SD → TM → eWM/WMS.
-
You are familiar with authentication mechanisms, interface monitoring, and error handling.
-
You can design scalable, robust integration architectures that support complex business processes.
-
You combine strong analytical thinking with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to have

You have knowledge of embedded and standalone SAP TM environments.

You have contributed to global transformation or SAP rollout programs.

You have experience working in regulated logistics environments.

You have exposure to excise products logistics and related regulatory requirements.
