The commercial department consists of 5 teams: E-commerce & Loyalty, Revenue Management & Sales strategy, Digital Experience, Business Intelligence, and Retail.

We are fully accountable for Topline performance, across all client segments and Revenue Managers are the armed wing of our strategy, with anticipation and proactivity at core.

As Manager Sales Systems and Training for all Sofitel, Sofitel Legend, MGallery & Emblems, you will be based in Paris, France, and will report to the Global Director Sales activations Sofitel, Sofitel Legend, MGallery & Emblems.

Here are the main missions you will be performing with a Worldwide scope:

  • Elevating New Hotel Openings: Facilitate the comprehensive and effective onboarding of sales teams for our new luxury hotel openings. This involves providing cutting-edge training and practical demonstrations of Accor's sophisticated Sales applications, advising on best practices for sales strategies, market segmentation, and program adoption. Your guidance will ultimately prepare individuals and properties for optimal commercial performance and market penetration.
  • Empowering Commercial Leadership: Provide tailored onboarding for Directors of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) and Commercial Directors within our existing SMGE hotels. In alignment with, and as a support to, the DOSM Handbook, you will deliver a specific overview for each hotel, including detailed information on Accor Sales tools, associated costs, access protocols (or guidance on obtaining access), program participation, and broader insights into sales methodologies and activation strategies.
  • Driving Continuous Support & Training: Deliver robust written and online support for all topics connected to Sales. This encompasses expert guidance on system usage, proactive sharing of best practices, and the delivery of engaging webinars or live demonstrations. You will also play a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation of any updated or additional Global Systems, ensuring smooth adoption and maximized utility.
  • Coordinating Global Sales Synergy: Serve as a strong and proactive coordinator, supporting the solicitation, meticulous implementation, and dynamic animation of programs, opportunities, and activities in close partnership with our Global Sales Offices (GSO) and Luxury & Lifestyle (L&L) teams.

Qualifications

  • Strategic Sales Acumen: Proven 3-5 years expertise in multi-segment and B2B sales, ideally with hotel operations experience, to drive impactful commercial growth.

  • Exceptional Relationship Builder: Adept at forging strong, influential connections that elevate commercial partnerships and foster a culture of excellence within our luxury brands.
  • Proven Trainer & Mentor: Skilled in empowering luxury sales talent, fostering a deep understanding of our unique guest journey, and driving mastery of bespoke sales systems.
  • Agile Methodology Expertise: Knowledgeable in iterative development and adaptive planning, enabling rapid response to market dynamics within the luxury segment.
