Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Italian market, aligned with regional commercial goals.
Identify new business opportunities and drive full-cycle sales: prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders.
Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, RFP responses, and contract discussions.
Collaborate with bid, marketing, and technical teams to maximize sales effectiveness.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
Represent Expleo at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
Key Objectives
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Win new accounts and expand existing client portfolios.
Position Expleo as a strategic partner in engineering, technology, and consulting services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field.
8-12+ years of experience in senior sales roles within engineering services, consulting, automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, technology, or similar industries.
Proven track record of sales success and revenue generation.
Experience selling high-value services in complex, matrix environments.

Excellent relationship-building capabilities at C‑level.
Strategic mindset combined with execution strength.
Ability to identify and convert new opportunities proactively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
