Description du poste
Want to join a fast-moving company, work among convivial teams, and take part in the global growth strategy of one of the most prestigious and comprehensive portfolios in the wine & spirits industry? We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager - Brand Architecture & Activation Château Sainte-Marguerite ! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
You will lead the management and activation of CSM brand portfolio with the objective to constantly enhance the brand's value proposition and grow the business
Your key missions:
Portfolio Management: Oversee the enhancement / rationalization of the range (restages, formats, secondary packaging, design to sustainable value projects), and follow-ups with markets
Brand Activation: Lead the development / update of brand experiences, on-trade activations, visual merchandising and market guidelines
POS development: Manage POS catalogue and lead the development of new tools if needed
Brand World: update brand visual identity guidelines if needed and ensure actionability
Transversal: Champion IBP process for CSM and champion central A&P process
Market Acceleration support

Act as main marketing contact for all markets, incl. regular follow-ups with main markets (PRF, PRUSA)

Support Gold BU Portfolio Growth team in business development (onboarding / launch of other markets, market activation updates, performance follow ups, key business meetings preparation, etc.) and especially

France - Support on business acceleration topics, including Marketing, Trade Marketing and RTM / commercial acceleration topics

UK - Interactions with third party distributor
The role can be based in Marseille, with regular travel to Paris (2/3 days per week)
