Missions of the job
Reporting directly to the Country Manager France, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Adisseo's specialty products throughout the French territory.
You will work closely with local and regional teams to provide tailored solutions to key customers (feed manufacturers and premixers), combining our products and services to meet their specific needs.
Responsabilités:
- Promote and sell Adisseo's range of specialty products across France, providing customized technical and nutritional solutions.
- Understand customer needs and define action plans by segmenting key accounts and prospects.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to feed manufacturers and premixers, influencing decision-makers and building long-term relationships.
- Support product launches with effective local strategies and ensure successful implementation in the market.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global teams (Marketing, Category Management, Technical Support).
- Lead or contribute to local marketing activities (events, advertising, testimonials) in coordination with the Marketing team.
- Monitor the animal nutrition market to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
- Contribute to the development of Global Key Accounts (GKA) in line with strategic objectives.
- Track and report activities, visits, and customer interactions through the CRM system (ACE).
- Ensure follow-up of technical trials in the field in collaboration with the technical team.
Profil:
Hard Skills
- Solid expertise in animal nutrition, with a specialization in monogastric species.
- Experience in feed formulation is a major asset.
- Proficiency with computer tools and digital platforms.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Confidence in delivering technical presentations to professional audiences.
- Willingness to spend approximately 40% of working time in the field.
Soft Skills
- Strong commercial mindset and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
- Excellent active listening skills to identify customer needs.
- Clear, persuasive communication and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Education
- Master's degree or Engineering degree in agriculture or animal nutrition.
- Previous experience in the animal nutrition sector.
