Serice Delivery Analyst Apprentice - M/F

Your key missions:

• You support project managers in France on various ongoing projects: develop project plans, objectives, and budgets; identify necessary resources.
• You organize and manage all project phases to ensure timely completion; support transition to the RUN phase by working on the transition and associated documentation.
• You assist in demand management, prioritize service requests and improvement requests.
• You assist or manage technical writing and documentation of processes and procedures.
• You report.
• You coach and traine on services provided by the Service Delivery team.
• You respond to audit assignments (AZURE / AD / EXCHANGE).
• You manage communication on major incidents, on problem management, assist on taskforce management (and other ITSM practices: change, configuration - CMDB).

During Your Apprenticeship, You Will Develop:

• PMO Expertise: Develop expertise in Project Management Office activities, emphasizing oversight and coordination.
• Analytics & Reporting: Gain proficiency in data analytics and reporting techniques, contributing valuable insights for decision-making.
• Agile & Product Mastery: Immerse yourself in the application of Agile and Product methodologies, understanding how they drive project delivery.
• ITSM Skills: Work with different ITSM practices and tools
• Global and Local Organization Dynamics: Experience the dynamics of a global organization, understanding how decisions impact a worldwide tech environment. How these global decisions impact and work with a local environment.

• You are currently pursuing a degree from a Engineering School (Project Management, IT Management), ideally with a first experience in support or project.
• You have good skills in Microsoft Office applications, leveraging technology to enhance productivity.
• You are fluent in both English and French, enabling effective communication in our diverse and international work environment.
• You embrace a proactive approach, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic team-oriented setting.
