As an apprentice digital risk within our Digital Risk and Compliance Team, you’ll focus on data preparation to ensure AI-readiness and leverage AI capabilities to detect risks at the earliest stages, propose mitigation plans, and drive proactive compliance solutions. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in data preparation activities to ensure datasets are AI-ready and optimized for machine learning applications
• Take part in developing AI-powered risk detection systems that identify potential compliance issues before they escalate
• Support us in building predictive models that analyze patterns and automatically flag high-risk situations
• Contribute to creating automated mitigation plan recommendations based on AI-driven risk assessments
• Collaborate with compliance teams to translate AI insights into actionable risk management strategies
• Participate in designing and maintaining data pipelines that feed real-time information to AI detection systems
• Support the development of intelligent dashboards that provide early warning signals and suggested response actions

About you

• Soft and technical skills: analytical mindset, team spirit, autonomous. Basic programming knowledge, data preparation and cleaning skills.
• Education: master’s degree in data science, statistics or computer science
• Languages: intermediate in English
