Description du poste
Purpose of the position:
Contribute to the maintenance, improvement and steering of the Group transfer pricing policy and advise the Group on international tax on various projects related to transfer prices.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Global Head of Transfer Pricing and in close collaboration with other members of the team, you will have the following missions:
Manage, monitor and improve the Group's transfer pricing policy
- Implement the Group's transfer pricing policy (TP) throughout the year (recommendations, computations, communications, documentation, etc.) with the view to mitigate tax risks globally
- Improve continuously the TP policy and processes to (i) make our Tech tools more efficient and (ii) take into account the affiliates' constraints
- Follow local tax audits, formal requests and tax litigations of the Group's affiliates and help to provide support to the local teams thanks to coordination with the HQ and the external advisors
- Coordinate the scope of work and the deliverables of our external tax advisors worldwide
- Contribute to the TP knowledge within the Group, following evolutions and environmental changes; Share it through adequate trainings
Participate to Group's transversal projects
- As part of the transfer price team, have a strategic mindset; make propositions to consistently adapt the group organization so as to allow finance and tax constraints to meet Group's business objectives and deliver growth in the long term
- Provide assistance and guidance on Group's projects and reorganizations, proposing necessary adaptation to the constantly evolving tax environment and allowing to seize new opportunities
- Be a reliable partner for the Operations team to provide guidance regarding TP models in partnership with custom experts
- Develop and maintain accounting and finance analysis skills to support decision-making process
Act as a business partner
- Be the main point of contact for all the affiliates regarding transfer pricing topics using communication and educational skills as well as good business acumen
- Be the point of contact of the HQ Tax Team for a geographical area within the Group and, as such, act as a tax director for this area, advising on local tax issues, making the link with the HQ policy, reviewing reportings dedicated to tax (tax reporting, cash, risks, etc.)
Required experiences and skills:
- Level of study: Master degree in tax law or business with a tax component / Bar exam
- Required years of professional experiences: 10+ years with international experience
