Description du poste
Want to join a fast-moving company, work among convivial teams, and take part in the global growth strategy of one of the most prestigious and comprehensive portfolios in the wine & spirits industry? We are looking for a Forecast to Stock Transformation Lead ! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Your key missions:
Our global next generation ERP program will be conducted over an expected course of 4-5 years and segmented in framing; design-build-pilot then roll out phases.
The position is leading, for its specific process, the overall shaping and delivery driving maximum convergence, maximized standardization and when needed harmonization or local customization.
The position will encompass both a comprehensive view of our current practices and foster alignment towards desired target, whilst being open to external best market practices.
Forecast-to-stock (F2S) oversees the end-to-end planning and production process starting with the demand forecasting, the supply and production management and ending with the finished good inventory management and traceability.
Business requirements prioritization
You will understand business priorities and local specificities.
You will challenge current process and leads (re)design to drive right level of convergence.
You will own template process definition for proper technical developments.
You will take decisions on process template, ensuring high level of harmonization & standardization.
Process team management
You will ensure full coordination of process team, with functional sponsor including coordination between business/functional and tech resources.
You will work closely with program lead and PMO to ensure a timely and efficient project management and oversight.
You will anticipate potential challenges and interdependencies, to proactively manage and mitigate risks.
You will actively contribute to the overall program delivery and progress, in collaboration with diverse teams including business, tech and external consultants team members.

You have a MBA/PHD with 10+ years of business experience related to process owned, as well as strategic understanding of global context.
You are fluent in English.
