Description du poste
Votre mission
Our client, a leading international group, is seeking its EMEA HR Director.
As head of the region and in a context of transformation, you will lead the HR function across multiple countries and play a key role in driving change, developing talent, and harmonizing practices at the regional level. You will define and implement the EMEA HR strategy in alignment with the Group, while leading and developing local teams in a matrix environment. You will ensure the effectiveness of key processes such as talent management, recruitment, succession planning, compensation, and benefits. Beyond strategic initiatives, you will also provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to business leaders and teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective problem-solving. You will contribute to transformation projects, acquisitions, and integrations, acting as a true strategic partner and coach to senior leaders.
Votre profil
With a higher education degree, you bring around fifteen years of experience within international and matrix organizations, with strong exposure to the EMEA region and the German market. Your track record demonstrates your ability to lead organizational transformations and implement strategic HR initiatives in complex and fast-evolving environments. A recognized leader, you combine strategic vision with operational focus, while developing and engaging your teams.
