• Ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with HSE guidelines.
• Be responsible for promoting and collecting all initiatives related to reliability, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Support Management in communicating messages through the appropriate communication channels.
• Act as the custodian of methods, standards, and all continuous improvement tools within the plant.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, ensuring they are carried out following the proper methodology and standards.
• Organize the content of technical training related to Operational Excellence and generate the necessary support documentation.
• Propose, design and assist in the development of reliability and continuous improvement projects for the plant.
• Be responsible for the documentation integrity of the plant's Operational Excellence system (Burgos site).
• Provide methodological support to operational departments in problem‑solving methods.
• Provide methodological support to the reliability engineers in Operations for criticality studies (FMEA, criticality analysis, etc.) and ensure their deployment within preventive and predictive plans.
• Ensure proper use of all continuous improvement tools in the plant, as well as their correct filing and updates when necessary.
• Together with the REBOOST Manager, build the REBOOST budget in accordance with group guidelines and within deadlines.
• Ensure the development and implementation of the appropriate digital tools and platforms.
• Together with the REBOOST Manager, ensure the improvement of the plant's organizational reliability and compliance with standards and norms.
• Guarantee that all work is carried out following the approved safety criteria.

Hard Skills

• Reliability methodologies: FMEA, AMFE, criticality analysis, MTTR/MTBF, 5W, Ishikawa.
• Lean / Six Sigma (ideally Green Belt).
• Industrial processes and engineering operations.
• SAP, FABRIQ, ADITECA, and Power Apps.
• Data analysis and statistical control (Minitab).
• HSE, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Good level of English; French is a plus.
