IMS Manager (m/f/d)

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
  • Lead internal and external audits and act as the main contact for certification and compliance activities.
  • Drive Health, Safety & Environmental programs, including accident investigations, risk reassessments, workplace improvements, and reduction of safety incidents.
  • Coordinate local and global improvement projects and further develop the Dynapac Management System.
  • Support quality assurance activities, including Quality Gate processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure plant and property compliance with legal, environmental, safety, and insurance requirements, including continuous facility upgrades.
  • Act as Data Protection Coordinator.
