YOUR EVERYDAY EXPERIENCE IF YOU JOIN US

We are recruiting for our Bureau Veritas Certification Product Line an FSC Accreditation Manager (F-M-D) on a permanent contract.

Reporting to the Certification Product Line Technical Director, you will join a team of 6 experts. The position is based in Paris, with the possibility to be based in any of our European agencies.

You will work closely with our operational teams and our clients within the framework of FSC accreditation and certification schemes management.

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

Your mission is to ensure the granting, continuance, and renewal of Bureau Veritas Certification's accreditations and authorities, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Your role is essential to maintaining our certification credibility and supporting our global network.

You will:


• Ensure, through appropriate liaison, the granting, continuance, and renewal of accreditation, notification and other such authority which may be granted to Bureau Veritas Certification by the specific accreditation bodies and scheme owners
• Manage all activities, including internal audits, critical locations preparation calls/meetings, trainings, external assessments necessary to safeguard Bureau Veritas Certification within the specific schemes
• Manage and liaise with the necessary HUB around the network for a good performance and calibration
• Liaise with GPC for the supporting activities and the different tasks and responsibilities
• Maintain and update all the necessary procedures/documents for the maintenance of the accreditation and license
• As directed by the CER Technical Director to represent Bureau Veritas Certification on appropriate committees, to attend relevant meetings and to report on the proceedings of such meetings
• Provide all necessary operational support to the Bureau Veritas Certification Network. Support the countries on the related certification activities
• Participate in all generic developments such as Smartcert, AI Project, etc.
• Participate in all the new developments related with the scope of the standard like for example EUDR or PEFC

THE SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

FSC accreditation standards expertise - Ensures you can navigate complex regulatory requirements and maintain Bureau Veritas Certification's compliance status across all schemes.

Internal audit and assessment management - Enables you to coordinate multi-site evaluations, prepare critical locations, and ensure continuous readiness for external assessments.

Stakeholder liaison and relationship management - Allows you to effectively coordinate with accreditation bodies, scheme owners, and internal HUBs across the global network.

Project coordination and organizational skills - Helps you manage multiple parallel activities including audits, trainings, assessments, and new developments (EUDR, PEFC, AI projects).

Technical documentation and procedure writing - Ensures you can maintain accurate, up-to-date accreditation documentation and operational procedures.

Cross-functional collaboration - Enables you to work effectively with GPC, network countries, and various committees while representing Bureau Veritas Certification.

Adaptability and continuous learning - Allows you to stay current with evolving standards, participate in generic developments (Smartcert, AI), and integrate new regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree, environmental sciences, quality management, or certification-related school.
You have a minimum of 7 years of experience, ideally with a strong interest in sustainability certification and accreditation management.
