Your Role & Responsibilities
- Execute functional testing across Siemens Teamcenter, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and system performance
- Review and validate PLM requirements, workflows, configurations, and change management processes
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, and regression suites
- Log, track, and validate defects while partnering closely with developers and business analysts
- Support PLM release cycles, including UAT coordination and production validation
- Drive continuous improvement of QA methodologies and documentation standards
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless system enhancements
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 8+ years of experience in PLM QA, specifically with Siemens Teamcenter
- Strong functional testing background (test case creation, execution, and reporting)
- Hands-on experience with workflows, BOM management, configurations, and PLM data models
- Ability to partner with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to validate system behavior
- Strong understanding of enterprise QA processes, SDLC, and release management
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with automation frameworks for PLM systems
- Background in manufacturing, product development, or engineering organizations
- Familiarity with API testing or integration testing between PLM and ERP systems
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- QA or PLM-related certifications are a plus but not required

- Competitive Compensation - You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $124,000-$139,000 annually or $70-$80 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
