MISSIONS
Under the responsibility of the Country Manager, you will:
As a Project Manager, you will serve as a lead for our most complex initiatives and a primary driver of operational delivery excellence. You are responsible for the end-to-end management of project lifecycles, driving efficiency within your portfolio, and leading high-stakes cross-functional teams. You will bridge the gap between high-level creative strategy and technical execution, ensuring all projects-from kickoff to delivery-are profitable and align with the agency's long-term operational goals.
Project Execution & Scope Management:
•Project Planning & Pitch Support: Define detailed project plans, timelines, and operational workflows; provide technical scoping and feasibility inputs during the tender (RFI/RFP) process.
•360° Campaign Execution: Coordinate the daily implementation of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring all digital and traditional deliverables are met on time and to agency quality standards.
•Vendor & Resource Coordination: Manage day-to-day logistics, resource scheduling, and the onboarding/monitoring of third-party subcontractors and vendors.
•Scope & Client Communication: Act as the primary operational contact for daily project status, proactively flagging potential out-of-scope requests to the account team to safeguard agency margins.
•Workflow Optimization: Utilize modern project management tools to streamline team collaboration, minimize delivery delays, and maximize production efficiency.
Financial & Budgetary Management
•Cost Control: Track expenditures against the approved project budget; flag potential cost overruns early and propose adjustments to the account team.
•Budget Monitoring: Maintain accurate tracking of online and offline campaign spends against the project's defined financial targets.
•Reporting: Provide regular, detailed updates to the Senior PM or Account Lead regarding project milestones, timeline tracking, and budget burn rates.
•Compliance Checking: Ensure all standard project documentation and vendor agreements strictly adhere to internal agency compliance standards.

PROFILE
TECHNICAL SKILLS
•Experience: 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably within an agency environment.
•Event & Campaign Execution: Proven track record running B2B and B2C events and 360° campaigns (ideally in the food & beverage, agriculture, or lifestyle sectors).
•Project & Budget Control: Strong ability to multi-task, manage tight production timelines, and strictly track project budgets and vendor costs.
•Operational Flow: Practical knowledge of digital marketing, supplier negotiation, and supporting the technical/scoping phase of tender procedures.
PERSONAL SKILLS
•Problem-Solving & Grit: A pragmatic, solution-oriented "can-do" attitude with strong resistance to pressure and tight deadlines.
•Communication & Collaboration: Excellent relational and analytical skills to bridge the gap smoothly between clients, creative teams, and vendors.
•Proactivity: Energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
•Languages: Native Vietnamese and fluent English are required; French is a plus.
