Trissential is hiring a Data & Analytics Project Manager to join our client's team and lead multiple high‑visibility initiatives across analytics, data engineering, and machine learning portfolios. This role blends hands‑on delivery with governance and stakeholder leadership-perfect for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Support Product Owners and business leads with milestone tracking, deliverables, KPIs, and bi‑weekly Product Owner materials
- Oversee sprint ceremonies and Agile delivery in collaboration with Scrum Masters and development teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams across TSS portfolios
- Ensure Statement of Work (SOW) alignment across projects and initiatives
- Facilitate collaboration between Solution Architects, Data Engineers, ML Ops Engineers, and Application Developers
- Manage 2-3 concurrent projects from a PMO and governance perspective
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues
- Establish escalation paths and manage cross‑team and vendor dependencies
- Maintain awareness of technical design, model development, and deployment processes
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Lead project meetings and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date project documentation
- Provide clear, consistent status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure continuous alignment to project goals and business objectives
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- Proven experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Strong hands‑on experience working in Agile environments
- Experience managing core IT projects across the full SDLC
- Familiarity with data analytics and/or data science projects
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or similar PM tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented problem‑solving mindset
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience supporting data engineering, analytics, or machine learning initiatives
- Exposure to OT cybersecurity and compliance frameworks
- Experience working across enterprise‑scale portfolios and vendors
- Background in PMO governance models
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Project Management or Agile certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe, etc.) are a plus
