Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for manufacturing operations and ERP-driven transformation? Trissential is hiring a SAP Project Manager to join our client's team and lead global ERP and manufacturing-focused workstreams. This role gives you the opportunity to make a measurable impact across the entire Plan to Deliver value stream, partnering with stakeholders across planning, logistics, and warehouse operations in a highly collaborative environment.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead global SAP Plan to Deliver (PTD) workstreams, including planning, resourcing, delivery oversight, and performance tracking
- Partner with business stakeholders and functional leaders across Demand & Supply Planning, Transportation Management, and Warehouse (EWM/IM)
- Drive project execution in alignment with PMO governance, including:
- Project planning and scheduling,
- Scope and change control,
- Risk and issue management,
- Dependency tracking and milestone reporting, and
- Lessons learned and continuous improvement practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of internal IT staff, SAP functional experts, and third-party integrators
- Deliver clear and actionable communication to PMO leaders, Steering Committees, IT teams, and business stakeholders
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and delivery support to team members and partners
- Ensure business needs, SAP capabilities, and project outcomes are aligned
- Utilize Jira as the central tool for program delivery, backlog management, milestone tracking, and visibility across workstreams
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 8+ years of experience leading complex technology or manufacturing projects
- Strong background in manufacturing or supply chain operations
- ERP experience required, with SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred
- Functional experience in one or more SAP PTD areas:
- Demand & Supply Planning,
- Transportation Management and
- Warehouse Management (EWM and/or Inventory Management).
- Experience delivering projects using Jira for tracking and transparency
- Cross-value-stream experience in areas such as Forecast to Schedule, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Enterprise Asset Management
- Hands-on delivery expertise using waterfall or hybrid methodologies
- Ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and take ownership of deliverables
Bonus Points If You Have
- SAP S/4HANA implementation or upgrade experience
- Certifications such as PMP, SCM, or SAFe
- Experience leading global or multi-geography teams
- Prior consulting experience in manufacturing or supply chain transformation programs
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
