THE PRODUCT(S) YOU WILL WORK ON / THE TEAM YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work with the Customer Portfolio teams. The Customer portfolio will hold all the products related to B2B and Customer Tech Products. The key impacted Business teams are the Sales and Commercial Functions.

Your role will seat under the Sales Execution product family, and you will lead a product squad for Sales Team Excellence.

The position covers activity related to Sales Excellence which consists in creating, organizing and delivering the best in class commercial information and commercial motivation to our internal Sales persons on the field as well as to some of our Customers'teams.

In this position, your role consists in gathering and prioritising the business needs of the Commercial Excellence Team on a global framework of apps and for the purpose of harmonization of Pernod-Ricard Business Practices. It includes:

  • Sales Teams Best Practices
  • Sales Teams Collaboration
  • Sales Teams short term upskilling
  • Sales Team Incentivisation

On the Customer side it provides also the best of PR Sales practices to enable upskilling dedicated to On Trade Advocacy. It includes:

  • Mixology trends and On Trade sector information
  • Brands, products and Brand Experiences information to the customers
  • Trainings and Events management dedicated to Customers

As a Product Owner, you are responsible for developing and maintaining the Sales Teams Excellence apps within the TECH ecosystem and with the support of your developers' squad.

The ambition of this Product is to accelerate the knowledge and the sharing of Sales Excellence Information with global consistency and with large adoption by the Sales Teams.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

  • Demand Management : you will gather new demands to be integrated into the backlog and translate them into Features.
  • Backlog Management : you will prioritize Product backlog and manage risks and interdependencies with other squads. Steer and drive squad delivery, facilitate day-to-day interactions within the squad.
  • Product Lifecycle management : you will contribute to product vision definition. Lead the Product Build by defining and analyzing the Features/user stories and managing the agile squad delivery. Collect and consolidate Product value based on Proximity Team and Global Business Process Owners' inputs
  • Product Catalog Management : you will ensure latest version and consistency between the product & service catalog and the overall product portfolio and communicate on changes & updates
  • Incident Management : you will lead L2/L3 incidents investigation, diagnosis and resolution
  • Resource Management : you will estimate Resource forecasts, adjust roadmap and prioritization based on resource availability and report on actual resource utilization
  • Budget Management : you will provide Product roadmap and backlog, squad's resource needs forecast. Oversee overall funding of my scope, perform variance analysis and provide justification. Track Product's ROI and costs

  • You have strong experience in Product management, Product Owner certification
  • Having a back in IT is a plus
