This is a pivotal global role within Adisseo's Animal Resilience specialty business, responsible for shaping the strategy, growth, and profitability of the glycerides and Butyrates portfolio, including upcoming innovations. These solutions are central to advancing gut health, improving feed efficiency, and supporting antibiotic-reduction strategies in modern livestock production.
The role will drive both the current portfolio and the pipeline of future innovations, ensuring strong market positioning, differentiation, and value creation across species and regions. The Global Product Manager will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from innovation and development to commercialization and global expansion-while closely collaborating with R&D, technical, and commercial teams.
This position is critical to strengthening Adisseo's leadership in functional feed additives and delivering next-generation, science-based nutrition and health solutions to customers worldwide.
Responsabilités:
- Strategy & Business Planning
Define a clear product vision based on market insights and translate it into a 3-5‑year global business plan. Align product objectives, forecasts, and budgets with Global Category and Regional leadership
- Product Innovation & Lifecycle Management
Co‑lead the global innovation pipeline with R&I teams, from concept to launch and manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring competitiveness, relevance, quality, and profitability
- Go‑to‑Market & Portfolio Management
Define product positioning, value propositions, and marketing strategies, lead global forecasting and support global pricing architecture in line with strategic objectives.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with SBUs, Global Product Managers, and Category teams to develop integrated, cross‑species solutions and translate technical and scientific data into clear, impactful commercial tools
- Launch Excellence & Commercial Enablement
Lead global new product launches, coordinating marketing, sales, and supply chain, develop and deliver training programs for sales teams and distributors. Support key customers and regions to accelerate adoption and performance
Profil:
- Proven experience in B2B product management, in feed, animal health, or pharma with preferably a degree in Veterinary Medicine
- Strong exposure to matrix and international environments
- Solid project management and cross‑functional coordination skills with strong customer and market orientation
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English required and additional languages (French, Dutch, Spanish, Chinese) are a strong asset
